How can I track my order?

Here’s how you can track your order:

  1. First, locate your order confirmation email – it should contain your order/tracking number.
  2. Visit the retailer’s website and look for a “Order Tracking” or “Order Status” section. This is usually found in the top navigation menu or footer.
  3. Enter your order number and email address (or other required information) into the tracking page.
  4. Click submit/track to view your order’s current status and location.

My order is Preparing to ship/ In Transit, what does that mean?

Hang tight! Your order has been packed and has left BestDealsBig ‘s warehouse! At this stage, you’ll receive an email update from us that will contain a Tracking Number for your parcel. Please give about 72 hours for your tracking to be live.

What are your delivery options and how long is shipping?

Do you process orders during Public Holidays?

While we’d love for you to get your order as soon as possible, our warehouse and our courier partner are closed on Public Holidays. We seek your understanding in having your orders processed, or parcels shipped, on the next working day.

Why is there a delay in delivery?

Due to a high volume of orders and our precautionary measures taken by us and our delivery partners, please expect a delay in the delivery of your order. You may log into How can I track my order? to check the status of your order.

Cost

The exact shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the total value and weight of your order before taxes. Additional charges may apply for oversize items and remote areas.

Sales Tax

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in US dollars, meaning you may be liable for fees and taxes upon receiving your order. Shipping costs are not taxable.

Import duties, customs taxes, and related customs fees may be assessed upon your order’s arrival at its final destination, determined by your local customs agency. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs agencies in your country.
